Founded by K.Jibbi, the owner of Jibbi Jug, the Aeropress World Championship winner, and the creator of the iconic Swan latte art. This project is the brand’s second branch, located in Chonburi, Thailand, following the first branch in Sydney, Australia.

The exterior has been newly designed using steel frames as the main structure for doors and windows, combined with large glass panels to create a sense of openness and transparency. The interior is clearly visible even when passing by, enhancing the connection between inside and outside. Outdoor seating seamlessly connects to the indoor area, while seating near the coffee bar supports both a comfortable dine-in experience and a convenient Grab & Go zone. A key highlight of Jibbi Coffee Roasters is the side façade, where the wall features a Swan latte art pattern an iconic element and logo of the brand.

Inside, the café features a long coffee bar designed to accommodate both a Speed Bar and a Slow Bar, with customer seating integrated along the bar.The main interior design inspiration is derived from a grid system, reflected in the routed patterns on laminated plywood used for the bar and seating areas. Furniture is arranged as if sculptures displayed in a museum, allowing each piece to stand out individually. All columns, both inside and outside the café, are designed in a circular form to soften the spatial experience. At the center of the café, pendant lights are arranged around the column, inspired by the movement of the moon orbiting the Earth and the natural phenomena created by this motion. Seating throughout the space uses steel chairs from Galvanii, showcasing a raw matte aesthetic with a galvanized finish. The café harmoniously combines two primary materials, steel and wood balanced with a transparent glass façade that allows natural light to flood the interior. This creates a space that feels open, comfortable, and inviting, enhancing the overall dining experience.
