RATCHABURI DAIRY FARM CAFE

Ratchaburi Dairy Farm (RDF) is a fully integrated dairy enterprise that oversees the entire production process, from dairy farming and raw milk production to dairy processing and product distribution. With a strong commitment to quality control at every stage, the company delivers high-standard dairy products while showcasing its expertise in the dairy industry of Ratchaburi Province. The primary objective of this project extends beyond the design of a new retail store or café. Instead, it aims to strengthen and redefine the brand image and identity through architecture and spatial design. The project seeks to transform the store into an experiential environment that effectively communicates the farm’s story, production journey, and core values to consumers. A key focus of the research is the exploration of RDF’s brand identity through elements associated with dairy farming, including barns, cattle shelters, milk tanks, milking equipment, and the brand’s iconic symbols. These components are reinterpreted into a contemporary architectural language that reflects both the company’s agricultural roots and its forward-thinking approach. As a result, the project is guided by the concept of “Farm + Craft + Technology,” integrating rural heritage, craftsmanship, and modern innovation into a unified design expression.
