This is the third branch of Much & Mellow, developed from the original Family Tree concept of the first location. The mood and tone are expressed through a material palette centered around wood, allowing the space to blend seamlessly into the beachfront context along Ao Nang’s main road.
The design emphasizes natural materials such as compressed earth walls and exposed brick masonry, creating a warm connection between the space, its surroundings, and the people who pass through. The ceiling and facade integrate both bamboo and timber, exposing the structure and continuing the architectural language established in the original Much & Mellow.
The café offers 50 seats, thoughtfully spread throughout the space to welcome natural airflow and avoid any sense of overcrowding — creating an open, breezy, and relaxed environment.
